PSF reusable filter funnels

The 47mm polysulfone filter holders are designed for easy use when vacuum filtering liquids.

The polypropylene backing of the membrane is slotted, but offers no resistance to flow when the membrane and cup are mounted.

The recessed filter holder provides sufficient clearance so that the membrane does not tear when the funnel's bayonet locking mechanism is engaged with a simple twist.

The standard glass is 300 ml, optionally 500 ml The standard collection container (KP-47-U) is interchangeable on all models.

The aseptic filtration system can be used both in the laboratory and in remote locations to filter samples for particulate removal or microbiological analysis.

The filtrate can be contained in the flask reservoir and transported or stored for further analysis.

The aseptic filter unit without receiver flask is recommended for sterility or microbiological tests where it is necessary to eliminate environmental contamination.

The funnel lid is standard in the PK47-U and can be aseptically vented using a Ø 13 or 25 mm disposable syringe filter.

The units are autoclavable All models, using the 8B cap, can be mounted on KM (stainless steel) and KMP (PVC) type ramps
